✅This LC/MS/MS System has been fully tested and refurbished in-house.

This Agilent Ultivo Triple Quad LC/MS/MS System with 1260 Infinity II Front End was recently sourced by our team in excellent working condition. The equipment had been well-maintained and fully functional upon receipt. After its arrival at our Central Florida facility, our team thoroughly inspected and tested the system. We then refurbished this system using only OEM (Original Agilent) parts to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Once refurbishment was complete, the system underwent rigorous OP/OQ testing in our on-site certification laboratory. After passing these tests, it became AMPTIUS Certified and is now offered for sale with a warranty.

The Agilent Ultivo Triple Quadrupole LC/MS/MS System, paired with the 1260 Infinity II HPLC front end, is a compact yet highly powerful solution for quantitative mass spectrometry. Designed for demanding workflows such as pharmaceuticals, proteomics, environmental testing, and food safety, the Ultivo delivers robust sensitivity, precision, and reliability while occupying significantly less lab space compared to traditional triple quadrupole systems.

Agilent Technologies is a leading global provider of analytical instruments, software, and services, specializing in life sciences, diagnostics, and applied chemical markets. LC-MS/MS for Quantitative Workflows: Comparing Agilent Ultivo and Similar Triple Quad Systems

The Agilent Ultivo Triple Quadrupole LC/MS/MS System with 1260 Infinity II Front End offers a compact footprint, integrated vacuum system, and strong quantitation capabilities, making it well-suited for labs with limited bench space. Compared to the SCIEX Triple Quad 4500, which delivers high sensitivity and a proven workflow in a larger format, Ultivo emphasizes space efficiency and streamlined maintenance. Thermo Scientific’s TSQ Fortis provides robust day-to-day quantitation, while Shimadzu’s LCMS-8045 balances ease of use and speed in a compact configuration. Waters’ Xevo TQ-S micro excels in ultra-trace detection and high-throughput workflows, though it occupies slightly more space. For labs prioritizing space savings and simplified service, the Agilent Ultivo may be particularly well-suited. The SCIEX 4500 and Shimadzu 8045 offer reliable performance at a moderate cost, ideal for routine quantitation. High-throughput or trace-level workflows may benefit from the advanced sensitivity of the Waters Xevo TQ-S micro. Ultimately, platform selection should be guided by throughput requirements, available space, detection limits, and integration needs within the lab.
