How It Works If Something Goes Wrong

All warranty service is handled through our facility in Longwood, Florida. Between remote diagnostics and depot repair, most issues are resolved quickly.

Describe the issue. Have your serial and invoice number ready.

We Diagnose

Our techs troubleshoot with you remotely — phone, email, or video.

Get an RMA

If we need it back, we issue a return authorization number.

We Fix & Return

Repaired at our facility and shipped back on us.

Two Ways We Handle It

Ship-Back Repair

Standard Path

You ship the instrument or component to us. You cover inbound shipping — we cover the return via ground carrier once it's repaired.

Remote-Assisted Part Swap

When Applicable

For certain issues, we ship the replacement part to you at no charge and walk you through the swap via phone or video.

Packaging matters. Use original packaging when possible. Proper packaging protects your instrument and your coverage.

We carefully package every outbound shipment — and ask that you do the same for returns.
Remedy

If It's Covered, Here's What We Do

We fix it or we replace it. Parts repaired or replaced during the warranty period are covered for the greater of the remaining warranty or 30 days.

Repair

We diagnose and fix the issue at our facility, then ship it back to you.

Replace

If repair isn't the right path, we provide a refurbished equivalent at no additional cost.

Good to know: If we determine an issue falls outside warranty coverage, we'll let you know upfront. You'd be responsible for shipping, diagnosis, and repair at our standard service rates — no surprises.

Install per manufacturer specifications
Provide proper power, ventilation, and gas supply
Perform routine manufacturer-recommended maintenance
Report shipping damage within 72 hours
Call us before attempting any repairs
Use only authorized parts and accessories
